Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CAD software for layout design is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Apply lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) to streamline operations.
• Develop strategies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and minimize defects.
• Use SPC and statistics to monitor process performance and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with production teams and management to implement changes.
• Design and improve workstation layouts and material flow for efficiency and ergonomics.
• Develop and track KPIs related to production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Document improvements, SOPs, and best practices.
