Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a seasoned CI/Lean professional to lead manufacturing process improvements across our plants in East Java. You will drive lean initiatives, implement pull systems, and optimize layout and automation to boost quality and productivity.

You will work closely with QA, MFG, ME, and Supply Chain to deploy Kaizen events, conduct DFM reviews, and coach teams in problem-solving.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing methodologies and pull systems.
• Experience with factory layouts and automation/IT support.
• DFM reviews, fixture optimization, and Poka Yoke implementation.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to coordinate actions across departments.

Mansioni

• Develop CI strategies and drive lean projects aligned with management.
• Lead and deploy performance-enhancing CI activities including Kaizen, VSM, and SMED.
• Lead new factory layout design and support digitization and automation efforts.
• Provide process engineering support for product scale-up and optimization.
• Drive root cause analysis for production anomalies and customer complaints with QA and MFG.
