RecruitFirst in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will support installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning and validation, monitor system performance, drive productivity and digitalization initiatives, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial automation within FMCG, F&B, or process industries.
• Strong PLC/HMI/SCADA and networking knowledge.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Support installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning and validation.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Lead automation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to digitalization and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality and change management standards.
