Job summary

BcBabycare in Indonesia seeks a regulatory affairs specialist to independently manage product certification and compliance for imported goods. You will coordinate with authorities, labs, and consultants to ensure timely approvals, and handle documentation for registrations and renewals.

You will monitor Indonesian regulatory changes, align procedures with PKRT, SNI, and BPOM, and collaborate with internal teams and Chinese suppliers to gather technical data and supporting materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product certification, regulatory affairs, product registration, or regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
• Able to independently handle product certification processes for products imported from China into Indonesia.
• Familiar with Indonesian certification and regulatory procedures, particularly PKRT, SNI, and BPOM.
• Good understanding of Indonesian import regulations and product compliance requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation management skills.
• Experience in retail businesses related to product certification or regulatory compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage product certification and regulatory compliance processes for products imported.
• Handle product certification processes, including PKRT, SNI, BPOM, and other relevant certifications for the Indonesian market.
• Understand and ensure compliance with Indonesian product registration requirements, applicable regulations, and certification procedures.
• Coordinate with government authorities, certification bodies, laboratories, and external consultants to ensure smooth and timely certification processes.
• Prepare, review, and manage the required documentation for product registration, certification applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor changes in Indonesian regulations and certification requirements that may affect product imports and market entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Chinese suppliers to collect the necessary product information, technical documents, and supporting materials.
