Job summary

PU Prime in Indonesia is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist focused on performance and digital marketing to lead local marketing execution. The role is hands-on with strong emphasis on campaign logic, data-driven optimisation, and ownership of paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

The ideal candidate will manage local content, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive conversions, community growth, and brand presence in Indonesia, including events and offline touchpoints

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing or related roles.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Data-driven with ability to optimise campaigns using CPA/ROAS/conversion rate metrics.
• Experience managing social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram.
• Basic graphic design skills for localising banners and creatives.
• Basic event management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients offline.
• Budget management and cross-team coordination across functions.
• Based in Indonesia; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to drive registrations and FTD.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding to maximise cost-efficient conversions.
• Track and report on campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and suggest improvements.
• Plan and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages; apply learnings.
• Set up and manage PU Prime Indonesia channels: Telegram, Instagram, TikTok.
• Own the local social media content calendar and posting.
• Localise marketing banners and campaign creative.
• Plan and run offline community touchpoints / small seminars in cities with PU Prime presence.
• Support local campaign launches and manage basic event logistics.
• Assist with local marketing budgeting and coordinate with the wider Marketing division.
• Communicate daily with the local Country Manager to align on needs and priorities.
