Grab is seeking a seasoned Procurement lead in Indonesia to own local sourcing and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance. You will drive fast‑cycle sourcing, negotiate with Category Managers, and ensure effective supplier relationships across the market.

Expect to mentor two direct reports, shape local strategy, and apply AI/data tooling to inform decisions while aligning with regional category goals. This role anchors Grab's local procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Procurement experience across sourcing and negotiation.
• Experience in Indonesia procurement with supplier knowledge.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and coach juniors.
• Daily use of AI or data tools for benchmarking and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Indonesian business and Finance to align needs and trade-offs with Category Managers when needed.
• Lead fast-cycle, low-materiality sourcing; hand awards to Buy Desk for onboarding and POs.
• Own local execution and shape negotiations; category strategy owned regionally.
• Surface Indonesian requirements early and justify regional approaches with recommendations.
• Convert repeat buys into catalogues and standing agreements; track cycle time.
• Close/renew contracts, monitor supplier performance and risk; track savings.
• Set priorities and coach two direct reports to source independently.
