Qualifications

• Familiarity with elastomers (TPU/POE) is advantageous.
• Native Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in English, Mandarin, or Korean for internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and promote high-performance polymers (PU, POE, TPU, PEBA, PA) within Indonesia.
• Acquire and manage key accounts in footwear manufacturing and plastic modification sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with procurement and technical teams at client factories.
• Achieve annual sales targets, manage full sales cycle from inquiry to closing, and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure stable delivery and address post-sales issues.
