Job summary

GE HealthCare in Indonesia seeks a resilient business leader to helm the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Modality. You will revitalize legacy channels, stabilize and grow a transitioning team, and drive operational excellence with a strong GTM framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial leadership roles.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Indonesia HealthCare Industry.
Track record of medical equipment sales.
Track record of distribution management.
Track record of leading in a highly matrixed MNC.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute a phased GTM strategy across business segments and regions.
Lead in-country business development, marketing and clinical education efforts to improve market perception.
Be the primary senior stakeholder contact for Indonesia PCS business with key hospitals, partners and societies.
Oversee operations cadence and channel partner performance across geographies and segments.
Align strategy, structure and people; develop core competency of internal team and partners.
