Job summary

Fortive Corporation, through Fluke Health Solutions, seeks a Country Sales Manager to lead and grow Indonesia's business. You will own the country’s revenue and oversee the distribution network to drive growth across market and product segments.

Candidates should have 10+ years in channel sales management, healthcare/medical devices, and proven leadership. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, strong analytic skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of channel sales management experience.
• Experience working for global MNCs.
• Highly organized and motivated with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data.
• Proficiency in CRM software and funnel management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Business level).
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across market and product segments.
• Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategy to achieve year-on-year growth.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Maintain key account relationships.
• Develop and maintain channel network to support growth; foster accountability within channel network.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Manager to drive demand in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and customers.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline and business reviews for accuracy and countermeasures.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and reporting processes.
