Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
• Experience with networking products or channel partners is an advantage.
• Proven track record in driving online sales growth and marketing performance.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership from planning through execution.
• Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales in Indonesia.
• Independently manage e-commerce channels, online stores, marketplaces, social media, and live-streaming sessions.
• Develop marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and business partners to support business growth.
• Conduct retail market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to align strategies and coordinate marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, online sales, and marketing ROI to improve results.
• Learn and promote networking products, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Handle day-to-day marketing and administrative activities in Indonesia.
