Job summary

SEAtongue is seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Indonesia to drive growth through B2B partnerships and client acquisition in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling translation, localization, or language services, and will build relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop market-entry plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored language solutions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
• Strong network and understanding of Asia corporate market.
• Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals across Asia.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts.
• Promote SEAtongue’s translation and localization services through presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with project management and linguistic teams to ensure service alignment with client needs.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market insights for management.
• Represent SEAtongue at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
