Job summary

XPENG is seeking a quality assurance professional to implement incoming inspection standards at contract manufacturers and oversee non-conformance disposition for complete vehicles and XP proprietary parts.

You will coordinate with domestic bases, KD plants, and suppliers to drive corrective actions, ensuring closed-loop resolution with full documentation and a strong emphasis on quality in every step.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of NEV component structures and incoming inspection standards; proficient in basic metrology tools and QC processes.
• Meticulous quality mindset with foundational skills in data analysis and risk identification.
• Strong principled approach and execution capability; willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and shift-based inspection duties.
• Proficient English as a working language.
• Prior experience in incoming quality control or complete vehicle disassembly/rework is highly preferred.
