Formación

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree from a related field.
• Able to deliver lessons and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong awareness of teaching-learning and pastoral care.
• Able to work across various areas including behaviour management, organisation and social skills development.
• Able to liaise with external professionals (psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists) confidentially.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of students receiving support.
• Meet all Staff Handbook requirements and complete documentation on time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide testing for students nominated through referral protocols.
• Adjust curriculum or approaches to learning and teaching for individual students in consultation with the subject leader.
• Provide push-in-class support, aiding positive engagement and language development.
• Teach allocated intervention groups and lessons as directed.
• Provide one-on-one support where necessary.
• Develop Individual Plans for students and coordinate with teachers and shadow teachers.
• Organise provisions for examinations including readers and writers and liaising with coordinators.
• Deliver intensive teaching for students with specific needs in small groups or within classrooms.
