Job summary

PT. MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG (MBG), located in Semarang, Indonesia, seeks a diligent Exim/Imports coordinator to join our growing telecom project team. The role focuses on documentation, data entry, and cross‑department coordination within a high-tech production environment.

You will handle import/export paperwork, BC 2.5 conversions, and liaise with forwarders while maintaining accurate records and timely payments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in EXIM min 1 years (Bonded Zone / SEZ preferable).
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Good in English.

Responsibilities

• Create PPKEK Import and Export documents.
• Create BC 2.5 documents and conversion data.
• Coordinate with Forwarder for Shipping management.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding shipping and receiving goods.
• Input data into IT Inventory System.
• Administration of hardcopy and softcopy documents.
• Manage payments and create weekly report.
