Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Corporate Project Associate, Indonesia, to support the delivery of Palladium-managed projects in Indonesia. You will assist with project coordination, procurement, financial tracking, and reporting under the guidance of the Project Manager.

The role offers full-time employment in Jakarta with opportunities to work across APAC, engaging with diverse partners and programmes while ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, operations and procurement.
• Knowledge of contracting, financial administration and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in mobilisation, implementation, monitoring, reporting and close-out.
• Support the delivery of complex projects with supervision.
• Maintain project workplans, risk logs and calendars.
• Ensure accurate project records and filing systems.
• Support project financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare invoices and payments per policy.
• Support compliance with Palladium policies and regulations.
• Assist with business development through research and partner mapping.
