Job summary

PT PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI is seeking a Business Analyst – Business Development & Research to design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research informing strategy in ultra-micro and unbanked segments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, business or related field; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong interest in research, data analysis, and socioeconomic issues
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva)
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Python, R, Stata, SPSS or KoboToolbox is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, research and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required

• Prepare research reports, presentations, and publications for stakeholders
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with national and international stakeholders on research projects
