Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a candidate to maintain and deliver Basic Service Training, ensuring materials and classrooms are ready and aligned with the approved curriculum. The role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating outcomes, and supporting instructor accreditation processes.

The position emphasizes coaching, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery to build competency and improve service operation performance across workshops and service centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in any discipline.
• GPA minimum 2.75.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources/ Related Fields/ Service Operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain learning materials for Basic Service Training to ensure training content is structured, complete, and ready for implementation.
• Maintain readiness of training aids, tools, classrooms, and practical areas through coordination to ensure operational support for training activities.
• Conduct Basic Service Training sessions in accordance with the approved curriculum to ensure effective knowledge and skill transfer and achievement of learning objectives.
• Conduct training evaluation activities and prepare training reports to support monitoring of training effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Instructor Trainees during training preparation and delivery to support their capability development and readiness for instructor accreditation.
