Job summary

RGE is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Coordinator for Community Development in Indonesia. The role focuses on designing M&E systems for APRIL initiatives, budget oversight, and dashboard reporting to inform decisions and track impact.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7–10 years in M&E and CD reporting; strong analytical and communication skills in English and Bahasa are essential, with willingness to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline and experience in MLE.
• 7–10 years of relevant M&E and CD reporting with budget planning experience.
• Proven ability in program monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement.
• Analytical thinking, project controlling, and budgeting process familiarity.
• Knowledge of LFA/TOC, ISO26000, GRI, IFC PS and SROI.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including government and NGOs.
• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Responsibilities

• Design sharing knowledge, monitoring and evaluation systems for APRIL Community Development initiatives.
• Oversee and participate in budget development and administration.
• Review planning applications and manage dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, regulations.
• Manage and track goals and metrics, advise on community issues.
• Provide timely, accurate reports and information as required.
