RGE Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning Coordinator for Community Development at F. Plantation. You will design M&E systems, manage budgets, dashboards, and reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.

Required are a Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7–10 years in M&E and CD reporting, TOC/LFA knowledge, and strong English/Bahasa communication. Relocation to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, education, environmental science, communication or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience and CD reporting with budget planning experience.
• Proven skills in program monitoring, evaluation or impact measurement.
• Analytical thinking, project controlling, and budget planning process familiarity with dashboard reporting.
• Knowledge of LFA/Theory of Change, ISO26000, GRI, IFC Standards and SROI.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation as well a Reporting of Community Development (CD) with understanding in areas of budget planning.3. Proven high skills in program monitoring and evaluation or impact measurement4. Has analytical thinking, project controlling skills, and familiar with program and budget planning processes, eager to develop the reporting dashboard.5. Understand LFA/Theory of Change, ISO26000, GRI framework, IFC Performance Standard and Social Return On Investment (SROI).6. Well-develop interpersonal, written and oral communication including reporting skill in English and Bahasa.7.
