Job summary

APRIL is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation leader to strengthen community development initiatives in Indonesia. You will design M&E systems, oversee budgets, and manage dashboards and reports to track impact across programs.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of MLE/CD reporting experience, strong analytical and communication skills in English and Bahasa, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including communities and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with MLE experience.
• 7–10 years in Monitoring & Evaluation and CD reporting, with budget planning understanding.
• Proven skills in program monitoring and evaluation.
• Analytical thinking, project controlling, familiar with program and budget planning.
• Familiar with LFA/ToC, ISO26000, GRI, IFC Standards, and SROI.
• Interpersonal, written and oral communication; English and Bahasa reporting.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders: communities, government, NGOs advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

• Provide quality, timely and accurate advice, information and reports as required.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any discipline, such as statistic, education, environmental science, communication or related and has experience in MLE area.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation as well a Reporting of Community Development (CD) with understanding in areas of budget planning.
• Proven high skills in program monitoring and evaluation or impact measurement
• Has analytical thinking, project controlling skills, and familiar with program and budget planning processes, eager to develop the reporting dashboard.
• Understand LFA/Theory of Change, ISO26000, GRI framework, IFC Performance Standard and Social Return On Investment (SROI).
• Well-develop interpersonal, written and oral communication including reporting skill in English and Bahasa.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs is advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to the Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
