Job summary

Edufarmers International is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end Edufarmers Project workstream, from design concept through on-the-ground implementation in Indonesia.

You will build and lead a team to design, manage, and implement projects with clients across corporates, foundations, governments, and multilateral organizations, owning the full lifecycle including requirements, budgeting, delivery, and donor reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years designing and implementing initiatives; experience leading a team preferred.
• Experience managing donor- or client-funded projects; budgeting and reporting responsibilities.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Indonesian; ability to present to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and knowledge partners; synthesize into delivery concept.
• Map resources, hire and build a team; develop M&E tools for delivery and evaluation.
• Manage project delivery, budget tracking, and donor/partner reporting across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other Edufarmers workstreams and mitigate delivery risks.
