Job summary

REAPRA PTE. LTD. in Indonesia seeks a motivated facilitator to support the Intensive Foundation Design and Purpose Design programs.

You will work at the intersection of psychology and business, helping participants explore identity, life mission and meaningful work through engaging sessions. You will collaborate with mentors, document insights, and contribute to program development while adapting to diverse personalities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Currently pursuing or completed studies in psychology, sociology, education, organisational behaviour, business or related disciplines.
• Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research or community work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IFD and Purpose Design sessions and support learning environments.
• Support participants through identity and life mission exploration.
• Document participant progress and support program improvements.
• Collaborate with facilitators to enhance facilitation frameworks.
