Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in the listed fields.
• Open to Fresh Graduates & Early Career Professionals (1 year experience).
• Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder research, data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
• Good organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aceh local context is an advantage.
• Previous internship, volunteer, leadership or community engagement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing stakeholder mapping and profiles.
• Support monitoring of stakeholder issues, concerns and engagement commitments.
• Assist data collection and impact reporting for CSR and social investment programs.
• Support stakeholder information management, analysis and engagement planning.
• Assist coordinating stakeholder engagement and community development activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support management insights.
• Participate in an improvement project and prepare midyear and final presentations.
