• Experience in fast-paced restaurant, bakery, or kitchen production is a plus.
• Self-learning, sales-driven, and enjoy working in food & beverage.

• Attract visitors to IKEA stores and encourage them to stay longer.
• Provide welcoming service with empathy and care, offering irresistible food offers.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with internal rules and daily routines.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, attractive, and well-priced area at all times.
• Communicate in English and work in Bali store with a mixed schedule.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

Attracting visitors to the stores, encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer. Striving towards make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to return. Meeting and serving the customers showing empathy and care. Willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values. Seeing my area through the eyes of our customers.

Complying with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety and stock figures as set by my manager. Safety is a top priority and take action and raise and discuss concerns with a manager as needed. Ensure any food incident, or potential incident, is reported inform the IKEA Food duty manager.

Contribute to an easy buying process that will make it easy and convenient for our customers to shop in the store at all times throughout the day.

Together with my manager and my colleagues, working to support sales and convert visitors to customers by fulfilling the purpose of our function.

Ensuring that my area of responsibility is clean, tidy, organized, priced, attractive and inviting at all times.

We want you to be a person who:

Experience of working in fast paced restaurant; any experience in bread, pastry, and bakery; and kitchen production would be an advantage.

Self-Learning, Sales-driven, passionate about food and people and enjoy working in food & beverage area.

Understand and aware of food safety, hygiene and sanitation. Familiar in using kitchen tools/utensils.

Confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner.

As you work in Bali store, good communication in English will be needed and able to work in mixture of days.
