Job summary

The role requires a Civil/Water/Geological Engineering background, 10+ years in hydro, and strong skills in hydrology, groundwater modeling (MODFLOW), and stakeholder communication. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hydro field; mining experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in hydrological modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering department and set strategic direction for projects.
• Report to senior management and drive efficient operations and project delivery.
• Oversee hydro-related projects including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders and non-specialists.
