Job summary

NEWFARM PARTNERS INDONESIA seeks a Relationship Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive new business and manage client relationships across multiple industries. You will identify opportunities, present services, negotiate proposals and close deals while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, with 5–8 years in sales or account management and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable services.
• Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and manage the sales process through closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
