World Vision is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in Pekanbaru. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on management to modernize operations and improve customer experience.

You will guide project scopes, schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration across in-office and remote colleagues and requires strong communication and change-management awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with digital transformation projects.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a hybrid setting.
• Change management familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to ensure timely and quality task completion.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for challenges.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Facilitate hybrid team meetings coordinating on-site and remote participants.
