Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate intern to support Lean/Kaizen initiatives and digital transformation projects in Indonesia. You will engage in data collection, process mapping, and dashboard creation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ideal candidates are pursuing related disciplines with strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and digital tools.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student, max 7th semester, in related fields.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills required.
- Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen and digital transformation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in process mapping, data collection, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Support Kaizen activities, including workshop prep, documentation, and action tracking.
- Assist in deployment and adoption of digital tools across functions.
- Monitor project milestones, user adoption, and KPI performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, SOPs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for implementation and follow-up.
