Job summary

Terralink Talent Solutions is seeking a Junior Finance & Tax Administration Officer to support operations with a focus on Indonesian corporate tax reporting, financial record-keeping, and online document submissions. The role requires hands-on experience with SPT Tahunan PPh Badan and English communication for coordinating with teams and external partners.

The position is hybrid, based in North Jakarta, with eight hours per day, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience preparing Indonesian annual corporate income tax returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan).
• Practical ability to use DJP online tax systems, including Coretax.
• Strong understanding of financial administration and supporting transaction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and online administrative systems.
• Ability to communicate in English for routine work coordination.
• Ability to work independently, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in North Jakarta and make occasional bank visits.
• Availability to work eight hours per day, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual corporate income tax returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan) and submit filings through DJP systems.
• Organize invoices, receipts, payment records, bank statements and other financial documents.
• Maintain basic income and expenditure records and prepare financial summaries.
• Prepare, check, upload, and track documents submitted through company portals.
• Coordinate in English with internal teams, banks, external parties and advisers.
• Attend the client’s office and visit banks when tasks require in-person presence.
• Protect confidential financial information and meet reporting deadlines.
