Job summary

Pt Ega Wayang Garmindo in Bekasi is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock across our retail operations. This hybrid role combines on-site cycle counts with remote data analysis, ensuring inventory records are accurate and discrepancies are minimized while improving stock turns.

You will implement control procedures, forecast demand, coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and physical stocktakes.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and investigate the root causes.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize reorder points.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams regarding deliveries and stock movements.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
