Job summary

Pt Fiberhome Technologies Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in the Bekasi area. This hybrid role combines on-site coordination with flexible remote work, requiring strong leadership and technical skills to drive projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage project teams, budgets, and schedules while liaising with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects from planning to construction.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Lead and motivate project teams with clear communication.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with standards regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in a hybrid work setting.
