Job summary

MatchaTalent is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner (HR Governance & Compliance) for a Bali-based hybrid role. You will lead HR governance, ensure Indonesian labor compliance, and shape policy frameworks while partnering with the Founder to scale HR practices.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR leadership, strong labor law knowledge, and a track record across real estate or hospitality sectors. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, incl. ≥5 years in HRBP or strategic HR leadership.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property investment preferred.
• Strong expertise in Indonesian labor law and employment compliance.
• Experience developing Company Regulations, PKWT & PKWTT, HR policies.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and restructurings.
• English working proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR governance frameworks, internal policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Standardize employment contracts, HR documentation, and policies.
• Lead complex employee relations, disciplinary processes, and restructurings.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Develop Employee Handbooks, regulations, PM systems, and accountability.
• Support transformation to a strategic HRBP model.
• Collaborate to build a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
