Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Engineer, HVAC, to lead project planning, cost control, and on-site supervision across Indonesia. You will oversee Assistant Project Engineers and Technicians, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality and schedule targets.

The role requires 2–5 years in HVAC-related projects, proficiency in English, and willingness to travel. Familiarity with Excel, Word and MS Project is essential; cross-training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with HVAC focus.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC cooling systems, CPOS or Building Management.
• Experience with Data Center or Chiller Plant projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan project work schedule in coordination with the supervisor.
• Coordinate and monitor progress with customers and relevant parties to expedite installation.
• Supervise sub-contractors and on-site teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct cost control and monitor financial commitments per project handover.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of project materials and proper filing of work.
• Handover completed projects to customers and service teams; perform regular quality audits.
