Job summary

JCI in Jakarta Tengah seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager with datacenter experience to lead design, procurement, and delivery of complex HVAC projects. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet budgets and schedules while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will bring 10–15 years of HVAC retrofit and project leadership, strong knowledge of chiller optimization, and proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, and MS Office tools to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in electrical/power/mechanical or related field.
• 10-15 years’ experience in HVAC Retrofit, design and cost management.
• Profound knowledge of Chiller Plant Optimization.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Experience managing large commercial, institutional and industrial projects >$20M.
• Estimating, site surveying, sequencing, methods and electrical systems knowledge.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to establish requirements and scope.
• Produce, review and implement documentation for tenders and projects.
• Manage a portfolio of approved M&E contractors through project lifecycle.
• Handle project cost procurement, budgeting and financial records.
• Ensure schedules are agreed and milestones met with clients and contractors.
• Ensure M&E services are installed to spec and comply with safety policies.
• Monitor practices, manage contractors and report non-compliance to management.
• Provide technical support to internal departments as needed.
• Prepare pre-job meetings and distribute minutes to the team.
• Conduct project analysis and report progress to management.
