Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years as HVAC Engineer.
• Technical Skills: HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs; CAD proficiency.
• Communication: Strong communication and teamwork.
• Language: Good command of English.
• Product knowledge: Familiarity with Daikin products is a plus.
• Additional: SIM A license preferred; based in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to develop and optimize HVAC components.
• Perform cooling load analyses to identify drawbacks and improvements.
• Oversee HVAC project implementation ensuring tasks meet plan.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and monitor progress.
• Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors and construction teams.
• Work with sales, dealers, and customers to prepare for startup of systems.
