Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years as HVAC Engineer.
• Technical Skills: HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs; CAD proficiency.
• Communication: Strong communication and teamwork.
• Language: Good command of English.
• Product knowledge: Familiarity with Daikin products is a plus.
• Additional: SIM A license preferred; based in Surabaya.

• Cooling Load Analysis:Perform Cooling Load analysis of HVAC systems to identify potential drawbacks and implement improvements.
• Project Implementation:Oversee the implementation of HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are executed according to plan.
• Project Scheduling:Develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
• Meeting Coordination:Attend and coordinate project-related meetings with DASI’s subcontractors, the owner’s main contractor, and construction management teams.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the Sales Engineer team, dealers, subcontractors, and customers to prepare for the startup of Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
• Communication Skills:Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language Proficiency:Good command of English.
• Product Knowledge:Familiarity with our (Daikin) products and the HVAC industry is a plus.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid SIM A driving license (preferred).
  • Willingness to be based in Jl. Opak, Darmo - Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
