Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with electrical projects, preferably HV/substations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and industry standards (IEEE/IEC).
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and resources across projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HV substation electrical designs including switchgear and transformers.
• Prepare precise technical specifications and project documentation.
• Define project scope and deliverables with planning and scheduling support.
• Collaborate with electrical, civil, and mechanical teams for integration.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and issue resolution.
• Oversee on-site installation and testing to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
