Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a senior HR leader to drive three pillars—Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management—to shape the structure, people, and capabilities of our steel manufacturing operations.

In this role you will maintain org structure, oversee job grading, lead end-to-end recruitment, and support performance with KPI reporting and succession planning. You will influence workforce capability and organizational effectiveness across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Psychology/HR or related; 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in a managerial role
• Manufacturing background preferred; solid Indonesian labor law knowledge
• Proven in OD, full-cycle recruitment, talent management; fluent English

Responsibilities

• Maintain org structure, job grading, and competency framework; monitor headcount vs MPP
• Lead end-to-end recruitment (permanent, PKWT, outsource) and talent pipelines
• Own performance cycle: KPI support, calibration, People Committee reporting
• Drive succession planning
