Job summary

CMLabs in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and policy governance across the organization.

You will lead recruitment, develop HR strategies, educate and supervise staff, and create reports for senior management. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and effective leadership to support a growing SaaS team in Jakarta and Malang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• 3+ years in human resources or recruitment.
• Understanding federal HR laws.
• Knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
