Job summary

PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) invites a data-focused HSEQ Data Control & Analyst to join our Sumbawa Barat office. The role collects, validates, and processes large HSEQ datasets from multiple sources to support reporting and risk analysis.

You will analyze data to identify trends, prepare routine compliance reports, and develop data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, contributing to data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of data analysis or HSEQ document control experience.
Understanding of HSE management systems and document control.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI and database management.
Knowledge of EHS regulations (SMKP, ISO 45001).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Collect and validate large datasets from multiple sources for HSEQ.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and risk areas.
Prepare compliance reports and create data visualizations in Power BI and Tableau.
Build and maintain the HSEQ database ensuring data integrity.
Support development of new data collection systems and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with teams to align reporting standards.
Oversee implementation of health, safety, and environment practices.
