Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/associate degree in environmental science/ engineering, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of ISO Management Systems.
• Familiar with the 5S/5R methodology and workplace organization practices.
• Knowledge of PROPER audit requirements and environmental compliance reporting is preferred.
• Experience in EHS data management, documentation, and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and input data for routine EHS reports, including Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste, PROPERNAS, SIMPEL, SPEED, and other related reporting requirements.
• Record and maintain daily EHS documentation, such as inspection reports, work reports, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), work permits, safety patrol records, 5R reports, incident reporting system, and EHS meeting records.
• Manage and control EHS-related documents, including procedures, work instructions, records, and other documents required for HSE implementation.
• Monitor, maintain, and update Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stock levels and specifications.
• Maintain and control Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Support EHS training administration, including preparation before training and follow-up activities after training.
• Update, monitor, and manage corrective actions related to incidents, nearmiss records, and safety patrol findings.
