Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an HSE data analyst for the middle mile process in Jakarta. You will process and analyze operational and HSE data, build dashboards for KPI monitoring, and prepare periodic trend analyses of incidents and compliance data.

You will create training materials and visual designs; assist in emergency layout updates and audits, and support HSE program implementation in the middle mile area.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HSE, logistics operations, or project support.
• General OHS certification (AK3 Umum) or basic HSE training.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, lookups, large datasets.
• Able to build dashboards and create clear, visual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze HSE and middle mile data for KPI insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards for KPI monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare periodic recaps and trend analyses of incidents and compliance data.
• Create meeting decks and management reports (weekly/monthly).
• Develop training materials and graphic designs for HSE programs.
• Update facility and emergency response layouts and assist audits.
• Support implementation of the HSE management system in the middle mile area.
