Job summary

PT Feni Haltim is seeking a Training Specialist to assess training needs across roles and locations, and to develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training materials, including presentations, videos, safety guidelines, and simulations. You will ensure that procedures comply with local, national, and international regulations, and conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in HSE training, with English fluency and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, engineering, management, education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HSE training or similar role.
• From or domiciled in North Maluku preferred.
• Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs based on job responsibilities, locations, risks, and safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver HSE training materials, presentations, videos and simulations.
• Explain and ensure HSE procedures comply with local, national, and international rules.
• Conduct training assessments and evaluate effectiveness through exams and observations.
• Prepare evaluation reports and provide management recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with departments to implement and continuously improve training.
