Job summary

PT Float Oat Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to implement Health, Safety & Environment standards across our manufacturing operations in Indonesia and to drive a Safety-First culture with strong regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include HSE program implementation in line with SMK3, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; conducting HIRA/HIRADC, inspections, audits and incident investigations; managing documentation, permits, environmental reporting, and training; and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, K3, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• AK3 Umum certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of HIRA/HIRADC, accident investigation, B3 waste management, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

• Manage HSE documentation, permits, environmental reporting and audit readiness.
• Oversee B3/non-B3 waste management and environmental monitoring.
• Conduct HSE training, safety talks and awareness campaigns; coach employees.
• Monitor and report safety performance, incidents and corrective actions.
• Drive HSE improvement, sustainability and safety culture initiatives.
• Manage HSE-related budgets and coordinate with departments, management and authorities.

As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across our operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving a strong Safety-First culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE programs in line with SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable regulations.

Conduct HIRA/HIRADC, workplace inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations.

Ensure compliance with safe work practices, including Work Permit, LOTO, PPE, and emergency response procedures.

Manage HSE documentation, permits, environmental reporting, and audit readiness.

Oversee B3/non-B3 waste management and environmental monitoring.

Conduct HSE training, safety talks, awareness campaigns, and employee coaching.

Monitor and report safety performance, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.

Drive HSE improvement, sustainability, and safety culture initiatives.

Manage HSE-related budgets and coordinate with relevant departments, management, and government authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, K3, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

AK3 Umum certification is preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.

Strong knowledge of HIRA/HIRADC, accident investigation, B3 waste management, emergency response, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

Good understanding of Indonesian HSE and environmental regulations.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
