Job summary

Damac Digital is seeking an experienced HSE Assistant Manager to support the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems across Data Center construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local regulations, company standards, and project requirements while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Key duties include supporting inspections, audits, incident investigations, training initiatives, and the preparation of HSE reports and dashboards for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• ISO 45001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• ISO 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• AK3 Umum or equivalent national HSE certification preferred.
• 5–10 years HSE experience, data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE Manager in implementing the Project HSE Plan and strategy.
• Monitor compliance with local HSE regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and workplace hazard assessments.
• Assist incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Track closure of HSE observations and audit findings.
• Coordinate HSE awareness programs, training, and campaigns for contractors.
