Job summary

Damac Digital is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead day-to-day physical security operations at our Data Center in Jakarta. The role focuses on safe and secure environments through effective management of security personnel, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response activities.

You will supervise on-site guards and vendors, monitor CCTV, and enforce access procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience working in Data Centers, Technology Facilities, Industrial Sites, Manufacturing Plants, Commercial Buildings, or other high-security environments is preferred.
• Experience managing outsourced security guards/vendors is preferred.
• Candidates must possess Indonesian security certifications; Gada Madya or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily physical security operations at the data center.
• Lead on-site security officers and security service providers.
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and security surveillance activities.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation.
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and other internal stakeholders on security-related matters.
• Support emergency response planning and security awareness initiatives.
