Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Jakarta to oversee daily on-site construction progress, ensure alignment with the project plan and timeline, and coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.

The role requires at least 5 years in express/logistics, a civil engineering or related degree, and a hands-on leadership style. You must be willing to be placed in North Jakarta and to travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in express/logistics company.
• Experience with project construction management.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to implement on-floor solutions.
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction progress and ensure work is carried out according to the project plan and timeline.
• Monitor project milestones and act as the timekeeper to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and elevate them when necessary.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.
