Job summary

CBRE Indonesia seeks a diligent HSE professional to lead inspections of fire protection equipment and emergency readiness, conduct inductions, and ensure compliance with HSE standards across internal works and fit-outs.

The role requires an Associate Degree in HSE/Environmental Engineering/Public Health, AK3 Umum, and proven high-rise project experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HSE certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree in HSE/Environmental Engineering/Public Health.
• Possess a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
• Proven experience working in high-rise buildings.
• Good understanding of internal and external HSE-related administration and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess relevant HSE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and conduct inspections of fire protection equipment and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct HSE inductions and routine inspections for internal works and fit-out activities.
• Ensure all equipment and permits/licenses are valid and up to date.
• Prepare and ensure the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities.
• Ensure all work activities and requirements comply with HSE standards and regulations.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate HSE training programs for all employees.
