TechnipFMC plc in Indonesia is seeking a qualified HSES professional to support the HSES Lead–Indonesia and align with the APAC region, delivering direction to management, field personnel and subcontractors.

You will develop, implement, and supervise HSESMS, conduct inductions and training, lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and produce timely HSES reports; foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with HSES coursework.
• 3–5 years of HSES experience on offshore/onshore projects.
• Familiar with SMK3, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.
• Proficient in risk assessment (HIRAC/JSA/EAIA).
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to management, field personnel and subcontractors in implementing HSESMS.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSES codes, standards and legislations.
• Carry out hazard/risk assessments and ALARP actions.
• Deliver HSES inductions, training and presentations.
• Prepare timely internal and external HSES reports.
• Participate in HSES studies (HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA, etc.).
• Maintain positive HSES, quality and continuous improvement culture.
• Assist in bidding through pre-qualification to evaluation stages.
