Job summary

Technip Energies in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an HSE Assistant to support our project teams and report directly to the HSE Manager. This role focuses on data collection, reporting, and documentation within a construction or EPC project environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate HSE data, maintain records, and assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly HSE reports, audits, and meetings. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in HSE administration, reporting, document control, or data management within construction, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and document management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate HSE data from subcontractors and project teams.
• Coordinate and perform data entry of HSE statistical information, including manhours, BBS, SOC, HSE training records, and HSE KPIs in corporate and project reporting systems.
• Support the preparation and issuance of weekly and monthly HSE reports.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for HSE meetings and management reviews.
• Maintain and update the HSE filing and document control system, ensuring proper record retention and traceability.
• Prepare and organize documentation required for lender reviews, client audits, and third-party audits.
• Ensure HSE records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the HSE team to facilitate effective implementation of project HSE activities.
